Hi there! I am so happy to be here with you for this important season in your life. My name is Christine Wilson. I am a counselor turned coach and creator of Think Time, the First Whole Brain Planner. 

​

At Think Time, we help ADHD High Achievers and Creative Leaders fight distractions and find time with a life-coaching and productivity membership curated with the creative, distractible brain in mind. 

​

Through the unfolding of my personal story alongside my professional experience I have more deeply appreciated that it is not only those with ADHD who struggle with executive functioning: those suffering from the after effects of trauma or chronic abuse in close relationships also struggle to access their best executive functioning--leaving you more vulnerable to distractions and disorganization that can threaten not only your time but also your dreams and goals.

​As science shows, and I often say: "a stressed brain is not your best brain." By its very nature, when your brain is constantly in fight-flight-or freeze, your best thinking turns off and when the need is greatest, money is often the tightest.

about me

And if you’d like to know more about my background, here is a brief professional and personal introduction:

​

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, coach, wife, and mother of six. I hold a seminary degree and completed four competitive leadership development programs by my early twenties.

 

Early in my career, I worked as a therapist with patients recovering from traumatic brain injuries, deepening my understanding of the mind–body connection and the practical applications of neuroscience.

 

Like many women who excel academically yet remain undiagnosed, I discovered my own ADHD symptoms in my mid-thirties, as my life became more complex as a mom of young children.

 

Determined to find a sustainable solution, I designed a pen-and-paper neuroscience experiment in my garage—one that proved remarkably effective for me. This process became the foundation for Think Time™, my proprietary system that has been changing lives for over a decade.

 

My work has been seen in ADDitude Magazine, the American Association of Christian Counselors Conference, and the Human Resources Educational Network.

 

Now, in my fourties, as my story continues to unfold, and as many ADHD achievers discover later in life, I am growing increasingly aware of the role relational trauma has played in my own experience of symptoms of distractibility. 

 

Through intentional (and at times intense) seasons of personal and spiritual growth, I continue to use these same evidence-informed strategies to balance professional and family responsibilities—and I am honored to share them with members of the Think Time Thrive™ program in my open-handed style so they, too, can pursue meaningful purpose and productivity with peace rather than pressure--no matter what live throws your way.
