Limited License We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our website and purchased materials for your own personal, non-commercial use only. Membership Terms If you enroll in a membership: your membership will continue according to the billing terms presented at sign-up you are responsible for canceling before your renewal date if you do not wish to continue access may be suspended or terminated for missed payments or violation of these Terms we reserve the right to modify membership features, content, access methods, or pricing prospectively 14. Workshops, Courses, Coaching, and Events Your purchase of a workshop, course, coaching service, membership, or event gives you access only to the specific offering described at checkout or registration. No Guarantee of Results We do not guarantee any specific outcome from your use of Think Time® services, including but not limited to: productivity results planning results emotional results personal results business results revenue results time-management results lifestyle changes Results vary based on many factors beyond our control, including your effort, consistency, circumstances, judgment, and personal situation. 16. Testimonials, Reviews, and Endorsements Any testimonials, examples, endorsements, or reviews displayed by Think Time® are individual experiences and do not guarantee similar results. If you submit a testimonial, review, comment, photo, or other feedback, you represent that it is truthful and based on your real experience. Federal Trade Commission guidance prohibits deceptive or unfair review and testimonial practices, and that rule has been in effect since October 21, 2024. At Company’s election, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of Think Time® services may be submitted to binding arbitration in Tennessee under applicable arbitration rules, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
